Since our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once delivered; however, if you’ve received a wrong or damaged product, we have a flexible resolution policy in place to make it right.

Refunds

  • Damaged Products:
    • If you’ve received a damaged or defective product, please share clear photographs of the item within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Upon verification, a refund will be processed into your registered account.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 1 hours of placing it.
  • Please provide a valid reason for cancellation when making the request.

Delayed Deliveries

Missed Items
